These initiatives aimed to provide their stakeholders with a more cohesive and positive experience during the sales and planning phases of attracting large international conferences to Copenhagen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What I did with them<\/strong> included two half-day workshops, where I facilitated a tailored process with customized tools. This process helped them identify opportunities and develop ideas and concepts for new value-creating initiatives. The workshops functioned as action-based learning, where the team was continuously introduced to the thoughts and rationale behind the process choices, facilitation methods, and tool usage, so they could later facilitate similar processes for colleagues and other teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>From the workshops, they gained<\/strong> practical experience with design processes and tools for user understanding, idea generation, and concept development.
